John developed his Agile Success methodology to ensure organisations refocus on helping their customers buy their services, rather than trying to sell to them. His natural and intuitive approach develops strong revenues, based on close and mutually beneficial relationships.
For over 19 years he has applied his experience and skills to bringing sales success to his clients, who have ranged from multi-million-pound organisations to entrepreneurs. They have often asked John to work with their customers, who have included DellEMC, Grant Thornton, KPMG, ATOS, Halspan, TATA Communications and SAP.
His experience extends across a diverse range of organisations and sectors including sustainability, recycling, IT, ecology, software design and delivery, accountancy, robotic manufacturing, web design and SEO, medieval archery and wellbeing.
Prior to launching TS3 and Agile Success, he worked for over 12 years in senior Business Development, Customer Success, Account Management and Sales roles for global blue chip ITC organisations. Within these roles he was responsible for developing C-suite relationships and multi-million-pound solutions with diverse organisations including BP, GE, Aventis, BASF, Liberty of London, Arsenal and West Ham Football Clubs.
John is also an active musician, published composer of Musical Theatre and sound engineer.
