John created TS3 and his Agile Success methodology to ensure organisations develop strong revenues, based on close and mutually beneficial relationships.
For over 15 years he has applied his experience and skills to bringing success to TS3’s clients. These clients have ranged from multi-million-pound organisations to Entrepreneurs, across a wide range of sectors including IT, Software, Accountancy, Web Design and SEO, and Holistic Health and Wellbeing.
Prior to creating TS3, he worked for over 10 years in senior Business Development, Customer Success, Account Management and Sales roles for blue chip ITC organisations. Within these roles he was responsible for developing C-suite relationships and multi-million-pound solutions with diverse organisations including BP, GE, Aventis, BASF, Liberty of London, Russell and Bromley, Arsenal and West Ham Football Clubs and Carpetright.
John is also an active musician and published composer of Musical Theatre. His contemporary arrangements are sung by choirs around the world.
Peter is a senior executive with over 20 years leadership experience in the technology industry where he has successfully built and lead teams in both Sales & Marketing.
With a strong focus on people development Peter has extensive experience in designing and delivering sales academies/training programs and individual coaching and mentoring.
Whilst responsible for the global customer business at EMEA technology distribution company Westcon-Comstor Peter built and lead an international team that delivered growth from $220m to $470m in 5 years
Peter has also worked at Systems Integrators and Global Service Providers always with a strong focus on building deep, high value customer relationships.
During his downtime Peter enjoys cooking, mountain hiking and spending time with friends and family.
